These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of designinfluencersconference.com (the “Site”) and your registration for or attendance at Design Influencers Conference (“DIC,” “the Conference,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or registering for the Conference, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site or register.
Who We Are
Design Influencers Conference is produced by Thrice Media LLC, a Wyoming LLC. References to “DIC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Thrice Media LLC.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for the Conference or make a purchase on the Site. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Registration and Tickets
Ticket Purchase
All ticket sales are processed through the Site or an authorized third-party ticketing platform. A completed purchase constitutes a binding agreement to these Terms.
Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until purchase is complete. Confirmed purchases are honored at the price paid.
Badge and Access
Conference badges are non-transferable to another event and must be worn at all times during Conference programming. DIC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose badge is shared, duplicated, or fraudulently obtained.
Substitutions
Registrants may transfer their ticket to another individual at the same company by notifying us in writing at hello@designinfluencersconference.com no later than 21 days before the event.
Cancellations and Refunds
Attendee Cancellations
- Cancellations received in writing at hello@designinfluencersconference.com on or before December 1, 2026 receive a refund of 50%.
- Cancellations received after December 1, 2026 are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future DIC event, at our discretion.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Event Changes or Cancellation by DIC
DIC reserves the right to modify speakers, programming, schedule, or venue at any time. If DIC cancels the event entirely, registrants will receive a full credit toward a future event or a full refund. DIC is not responsible for incidental costs (travel, lodging, etc.) incurred by attendees in connection with a cancelled, postponed, or modified event.
Force Majeure
DIC is not liable for failure to hold the event, in whole or in part, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, government action, labor dispute, pandemic, or venue unavailability. In such cases, DIC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, offer credit, or issue a refund.
Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors are expected to treat others with professionalism and respect. DIC has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind. DIC reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund for conduct it deems inappropriate, threatening, or in violation of this policy.
Photography, Video, and Media Release
By attending DIC, you grant DIC and its designees permission to photograph, film, or record you and to use your name, image, and likeness in connection with Conference promotion, recap content, and marketing across any medium, without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, notify Conference staff on-site so reasonable accommodations can be made where feasible.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, session titles, and design elements, is the property of DIC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
User Conduct on the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation
Third-Party Links and Sponsors
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including sponsor and exhibitor sites. DIC does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Conference are provided “as is” and “as available.” DIC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s operation, the accuracy of its content, or the outcomes of attending the Conference, including business results, networking outcomes, or educational value.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIC and its officers, employees, contractors, speakers, and sponsors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at the Conference, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or personal injury not caused by DIC’s gross negligence. DIC’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Conference is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct at the Conference.
Health and Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety while attending the Conference. Attendees with health conditions that may be affected by travel or attendance should consult a physician prior to registering. DIC may implement health and safety protocols at its discretion and reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply.
Sponsor Information Sharing
By registering for Design Influencers Conference, you acknowledge and agree that your contact information, including name, company, title, and email address, may be shared with select Conference sponsors for purposes related to the event, including pre- and post-event marketing communications. Sponsors receiving this information are responsible for their own use of it and their own compliance with applicable privacy laws. If you’d prefer your information not be shared with sponsors, contact us at hello@designinfluencersconference.com prior to the event.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available here, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to These Terms
DIC may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or attendance at the Conference after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Conference will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
