Book Hotel Room Online

Our event room block is reserved for official participants for our conference. You must be a registered attendee, advisory board member, speaker or a designated sponsor delegate in order to book a hotel room within our event block.

Hotel reservation deadline to receive discounted rooms in our Meritage event block is January 31, 2025 or until our event room block is filled- whichever comes first.

The discount rate in our hotel event block is $329 per night plus taxes and a $30 resort fee per room per night and being offered until the reservation deadline or our event block sells out – whichever comes first. Please note that rooms on Friday and/or Saturday night are slightly higher per night.

The discounted guest rooms are located at the Meritage Resort which is where the event is taking place. The resort fee includes complimentary bottle of wine, two daily bottles of water, use of resort fitness studio, basic guest room internet, coffee and tea, newspaper, local phone calls, valet and self parking, evening shuttle to downtown Napa.
